01Terms of Service

Welcome to AllianceFX Market ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"). By accessing or using our trading platform, website, mobile application, or any of our services, you ("the Client", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AllianceFX Market. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered clients of any material changes via email with reasonable advance notice.

AllianceFX Market provides online trading and investment services for informational and investment purposes. Nothing on our platform constitutes personal financial advice. You should seek independent professional advice if you are unsure about any investment decision.

02Eligibility Requirements

To use AllianceFX Market services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher
  • Have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the law applicable to you
  • Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where our services are legally prohibited or restricted
  • Not be subject to any government-imposed sanctions, embargoes, or financial restrictions
  • Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and KYC verification
  • Not be acting on behalf of another person without proper legal authorisation

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or entity at our sole discretion and without being obligated to provide a reason for refusal.

03Account Terms

Registration & KYC Verification

You must complete registration with accurate personal information and pass Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before making deposits or withdrawals. KYC requires a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address dated within the last 3 months, and a selfie with your ID. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and 2FA codes. Any activity performed under your account is entirely your responsibility. You agree to notify us immediately at security@alliancefxmarket.com if you suspect any unauthorised access or breach of your account security.

One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one Live Trading Account. Creating multiple accounts or using false information to circumvent this policy will result in immediate account termination and potential forfeiture of any bonuses or promotional credits applied to the account.

Account Inactivity Fee

Accounts with no trading activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. An inactivity administration fee of $25 per month may then apply. We will provide 30 days written notice before any inactivity charges are applied to give you the opportunity to reactivate your account.

04Trading Rules & Conduct

All trades on AllianceFX Market must comply with our trading rules and applicable laws. You agree not to engage in any activity that constitutes market manipulation, abusive trading practices, or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities.

Prohibited Activities Include:

  • Arbitrage trading designed to exploit technical pricing errors or system delays
  • Using automated trading bots or scripts without prior written approval from AllianceFX
  • Placing orders with the intent to artificially manipulate prices or spreads
  • Engaging in layering, spoofing, or other forms of market manipulation
  • Coordinating trades with other clients to artificially influence market positions
  • Any activity that violates applicable financial regulations in your jurisdiction

Order Execution Policy

All orders are executed at the best available market price at the time of order placement. Due to normal market volatility, slippage may occasionally occur during fast-moving markets or major news events. AllianceFX Market is not liable for slippage resulting from normal market conditions.

Stop Loss Orders

Clients are strongly encouraged to use stop loss orders on all open positions. While stop loss orders significantly reduce losses, they cannot guarantee execution at the exact trigger price during extreme market conditions such as gapping. AllianceFX is not liable for losses exceeding your stop loss level in such conditions.

05Deposits, Withdrawals & Fees

Deposit Requirements

Minimum deposits: Starter Plan ($500), Growth Plan ($5,000), Elite Plan ($25,000). Deposits are accepted via bank wire, credit/debit card, and approved cryptocurrencies. All deposits must originate from accounts held in the client's own name for anti-money laundering compliance.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days (Elite clients receive priority same-day processing where possible). Withdrawals are returned to the original funding source where possible. Clients may also withdraw to their own verified crypto wallet addresses. Alternative methods require additional identity verification.

Fee Schedule

  • Trading commissions — Zero on all instruments
  • Spreads — Apply to all trades (shown in full before order placement)
  • Overnight swap fees — Apply to positions held past market close (rates vary)
  • Deposit fees — None charged by AllianceFX (third-party bank/card fees may apply)
  • Withdrawal fees — None charged by AllianceFX (network/bank fees may apply)
  • Inactivity fee — $25/month after 12 consecutive months of no trading activity
Segregated Client Funds: All client funds are held in fully segregated accounts at tier-1 banking partners, completely separate from AllianceFX's operational funds. Your money is always protected and ring-fenced.
06Privacy Policy

AllianceFX Market is fully committed to protecting your personal data and privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information in compliance with applicable data protection laws including GDPR.

Data We Collect

  • Identity data — full name, date of birth, government ID, selfie photos for KYC
  • Contact data — email address, phone number, postal address
  • Financial data — bank account details, transaction history, trading records
  • Technical data — IP address, device information, browser type, session logs
  • Usage data — platform usage patterns, trading behaviour, feature interactions

How We Use Your Data

  • To provide, operate, and continuously improve our trading services
  • To complete KYC verification and comply with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations
  • To process deposits, withdrawals, and maintain accurate account records
  • To communicate account updates, security alerts, and promotional offers (with your consent)
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorised access

Data Sharing Policy

We never sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with: regulated banking partners (for payment processing), KYC verification service providers, regulatory authorities (when legally required), and cloud infrastructure providers under strict data processing agreements.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export a copy of your personal data at any time. Submit requests to privacy@alliancefxmarket.com. We retain trading records and KYC documents for a minimum of 5 years after account closure as required by financial regulation.

07Risk Disclosure
⚠ Important Risk Warning: Trading foreign exchange, commodities, indices, and cryptocurrencies involves significant risk of loss. You should only invest money you can afford to lose in its entirety. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Never invest funds you cannot afford to lose.

Key Risks You Should Understand

  • Market Risk — Prices can move against your position at any time, resulting in losses equal to or exceeding your initial investment
  • Leverage Risk — Leverage amplifies both profits and losses significantly. High leverage can lead to rapid and total loss of your deposited funds
  • Liquidity Risk — During low-liquidity periods or market closures, orders may not execute at the prices you expect
  • Cryptocurrency Risk — Crypto assets are highly volatile, largely unregulated in many jurisdictions, and can lose significant value in very short periods
  • Currency Risk — If your account currency differs from the instrument you trade, exchange rate movements will affect your returns
  • System Risk — Technical failures, internet outages, or platform disruptions may prevent timely execution of orders

ROI Target Disclaimer

The ROI percentages stated in our investment plans (20%, 40%, 60%) are target returns based on historical strategy performance. They are not guaranteed returns and actual results will vary based on market conditions, volatility, and risk management outcomes. AllianceFX Market is not liable for returns falling below stated targets.

We strongly recommend seeking independent financial, tax, and legal advice before investing, especially if you have limited investment experience.

Your Security Responsibilities

  • Use a strong, unique password for your AllianceFX account — never share it with anyone
  • Enable two-factor authentication immediately after account creation
  • Always log out from shared or public devices after each session
  • Verify you are on the genuine AllianceFX Market website before entering your credentials
  • Never share your one-time password (OTP) codes with anyone — including AllianceFX staff
Phishing Warning: AllianceFX Market will NEVER ask for your password, PIN, or 2FA code via email, phone, WhatsApp, or live chat. Any such request is fraudulent. Contact us immediately at security@alliancefxmarket.com if you receive one.
09Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AllianceFX Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform, including but not limited to:

  • Trading losses resulting from market movements, volatility, or normal execution slippage
  • Losses arising from the Client's failure to properly use risk management tools such as stop loss orders
  • Losses resulting from technical failures, internet disruption, or force majeure events beyond our control
  • Decisions made based on information or analysis provided on our platform or by our team
  • Losses from crypto sent to incorrect wallet addresses provided by the client during withdrawals

Our total aggregate liability to any Client shall not exceed the amount of verified funds held in that Client's account at the time of the relevant claim.

10Account Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. Clients may close their account by contacting support@alliancefxmarket.com, subject to closing all open trading positions and withdrawing any remaining funds to a verified destination.

AllianceFX Market reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately and without prior notice if the Client provides false or misleading information, engages in prohibited trading activities, violates any part of these Terms, or if we are required to do so by a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

In all termination cases, verified client funds will be returned to the appropriate verified source accounts following a review period. Any outstanding fees or charges owed to AllianceFX will be deducted from the returned balance.

11Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable financial services regulations and international trading laws. Any disputes arising from the use of AllianceFX Market services shall be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process in the first instance.

To submit a formal complaint, email support@alliancefxmarket.com with full details of your dispute. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 14 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority or an independent arbitration body acceptable to both parties.
