You must be at least 18 years of age to open an account and trade on AllianceFX Market. We verify age during the KYC process and reserve the right to close accounts found to belong to individuals under 18. If you are under 18, please wait until you reach legal age before applying.

Account name and email changes require additional identity verification for security purposes. Contact our support team at support@alliancefxmarket.com with your current account details and a valid government-issued ID. To request a withdrawal, log in to your dashboard and click the Deposit / Withdraw button. Select the Withdraw tab, enter the amount you wish to withdraw, choose your preferred method (bank wire, crypto to your wallet, or card refund), fill in your destination details, and submit your request. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 1–3 business days. Elite Plan clients receive priority processing.
Yes. You can withdraw to your own cryptocurrency wallet. We support withdrawals in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH — ERC20), USDT (ERC20 or TRC20), and USDC (ERC20). Simply select "Cryptocurrency" as your withdrawal method, choose your coin and network, and paste your receiving wallet address. Always double-check your wallet address before confirming — crypto withdrawals are irreversible and cannot be recovered if sent to the wrong address.
AllianceFX Market does not charge any withdrawal fees on our end. However, please be aware that your receiving bank may charge a processing fee for wire transfers, and crypto network gas fees will apply when withdrawing cryptocurrency. We always aim to minimise costs for our clients and will inform you of any applicable fees before your withdrawal is processed.

Leverage on AllianceFX ranges from 1:1 (no leverage) up to 1:100, depending on the instrument and your account tier. Our trading panel clearly displays leverage risk levels: 1–30x is Low Risk, 31–60x is Medium Risk, and 61–100x is High Risk. Higher leverage amplifies both potential profits and potential losses. We strongly recommend using appropriate leverage for your experience level and risk tolerance. Beginners should start with lower leverage until they gain confidence.
A Stop Loss automatically closes your position if the market moves against you by a percentage you specify, limiting your maximum possible loss on that trade. A Take Profit automatically closes your position when it reaches your target profit level, locking in your gains. Both tools are free to set and are strongly recommended for every trade you place. You can set them as percentage values in our trading panel and adjust them at any time while your position is open.
Trading hours depend on the market:
During market closure periods, you can still log in, view your account, and review your open positions, but new trades cannot be placed until markets reopen.

Yes. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA on your account. Go to Settings → Security → Enable Two-Factor Authentication. You can use Google Authenticator or receive codes via SMS. Two-factor authentication is mandatory for all withdrawal requests as an additional layer of security to ensure only you can access and move your funds.
